Self Help For Panic Attacks was made with my hope that everyone who experiences panic attacks can get the help the need and the salvation we all desire. No one that has ever experienced a panic attack thought they were going to make it to the next day, let alone the next hour. I created this site as an outlet, a place, and a way to help someone or anyone out there that may be going through the same thing I went through.

The Number #1 thing I want you to know is that you are not alone. According to the American Psychological Association, 1 out of every 75 people suffer from some type of panic attack symptoms; which equates to about 4.6 million sufferers in the United States alone.

It usually appears during the teens or early adulthood, and while the exact causes are unclear, there does seem to be a connection with major life transitions that are potentially stressful (ie.  graduating from college, getting married, having a first child, and so on).

However there is also some evidence for a genetic predisposition; if a family member has suffered from panic disorder, you have an increased risk of suffering from it yourself, especially during a time in your life that is particularly stressful.

Whatever the case may be, no one at SelfHelpForPanicAttacks.co will judge you. We want you to get the self help for panic attacks that you need and to provide a support system for your recovery.

Panic attacks are not something that we want anyone to have to experience and the more solutions we provide the better off everyone that has suffered from a panic attack will be.

I have tried to provide as much help as I can but if you have found a self help for panic attacks technique or program that has worked for you and you feel it will work for others please leave a comment about the program so others can have a chance to review it for themselves.
